LEARNING
The Learning Lab was a collaborative project between Grow Pittsburgh, Kristin Huges, Eric Anderson, and myself, in which we examined existing seed-to-table curriculums of local schools, proposed new teaching systems for teachers and a mobile classroom for students.
With limited time for the farmer to visit each school, we focused on maximizing his lesson time with students.
Through interviews with teachers, children, chefs, farmers, and all that are involved with the school's garden lessons, we developed concepts of the form and components of the Learning Lab.
In a final presentation to Grow Pittsburgh, we illustrated our findings and solutions through video, illustrations, and narrative storyboards.
